Refunds

Changed your mind? You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason.

This is also your legal right to cancel: you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason, and we will refund everything you paid.

How to ask

Email support@rumbug.studio or use the form at support.rumbug.studio/new within 14 days of your purchase. Give the email address you bought with, or your Gumroad receipt or licence key. You don't need to say why, though it helps us to know.

You can also reply to your Gumroad receipt.

What happens

• We refund the full price through Gumroad, to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of your request, as UK consumer law requires, and usually much sooner. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
• Your licence ends and your licence key is disabled. Please delete the kit from your computers.

After 14 days

You still have your legal rights. If you're a consumer in the UK, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If the kit doesn't work as described on a supported setup (see the product page for what's supported), tell us. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full or in part. Business customers: see the "Business customers" clause in the licence agreement's section on refunds and your rights.

Before you buy

Please check the product page for what each kit needs: MODO 17.1 on Windows, and for Cycles for MODO an NVIDIA RTX graphics card with a recent driver. If you're not sure your setup is supported, ask us first.
